REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: April 26, 2026

At Break The Barrier, every product is created with intention, purpose, and meaning. As a made-to-order and dropshipping-based brand, each item is processed specifically for the customer once an order is placed. Because of this production process, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy except under limited circumstances outlined below.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing selections made by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Delayed shipping caused by carriers outside our control
• Slight color variations due to screen/device differences
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
• Worn, washed, altered, or used items
• Limited releases, special collections, or promotional items

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts, product descriptions, and shipping information before completing a purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item arrived with a manufacturing defect
• The wrong item was received
• The order never arrived after confirmed carrier investigation

If your order qualifies under one of the conditions above, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

To submit a claim, please provide:

• Full name and order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Photos of packaging if applicable
• Detailed explanation of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking confirms that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Break The Barrier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

If a package is determined by the carrier to be lost in transit and never delivered, we may offer either:

• A replacement item
OR
• A refund at our discretion after carrier verification

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Because our products are made-to-order through fulfillment partners, processing and shipping times may vary. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal carriers
• Customs processing
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• High order volume
• Carrier disruptions outside our control

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

Any fraudulent chargebacks or false claims regarding delivered merchandise may be disputed with supporting evidence including tracking confirmation, delivery scans, customer communications, and order verification records.

POLICY AGREEMENT

By purchasing from Break The Barrier, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy in full.
