Thank you for supporting Break The Barrier. Every order placed through our website is processed with purpose and care. Because our products are made-to-order through trusted fulfillment and dropshipping partners, shipping and processing times may vary depending on product demand, inventory availability, and carrier operations.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During periods of high demand, holidays, special releases, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier operations.
United States:
• Standard Shipping: Approximately 5–15 business days after processing
International Orders:
• Approximately 7–30 business days after processing depending on country and customs clearance procedures
Please understand that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
DELAYS
Breaking the Barrier is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:
• Postal service delays
• Weather conditions
• Customs inspections or delays
• Carrier disruptions
• Holiday shipping volume
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
• Global supply chain disruptions
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact transit times.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system after shipment confirmation.
If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.
Breaking the Barrier is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery falls to the carrier.
Break The Barrier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is missing, we recommend:
• Verifying the shipping address entered at checkout
• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Contacting the carrier directly
• Waiting 24–48 hours, as some carriers prematurely mark packages as delivered
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us for further assistance.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Because products may be fulfilled from different warehouses or production facilities, some orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & INTERNATIONAL FEES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.
Break The Barrier is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except under the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
